Scott, I just checked your site to see what you've been up to since your ride. I am happy to see that you're doing a new tour, and love the concept of what you're doing. I will be waiting her in San Diego and will certainly hope to join you as you ride towards the coast.
Scott, good on ya. The funny thing is that even before I stumbled upon your site, my answer to your question would have been "Ride a bike around and ask people what they would do if they could do anything". Seriously, I've been planning it for months now. For a split second I couldn't believe someone was already doing it, but then I remembered that that's totally awesome. If you need anything on your journey, don't hesitate to contact me, and maybe I'll see you on the road.
Cheers, Sam

I am a HUGE believer that riding a bike can be a spiritual experience. On more than one occasion I have prayed for the g** d*** hill climb to end! Seriously, I have never felt more self-aware then when I'm on my bike. Good luck on your book/bike tour. I'll try to hook up with you at some point along the route! Vegas???

Scott, Christopher and I will be there to help out with whatever.
What a great time in our history to have some impossible dreams and take action. Having watched you since before the trip around the world right up to the present I can really say that I am proud of you and impressed with your creative ideas, hard work and perseverance......just to mention a few things.

I read Falling Uphill and I wanted to have the same sense of freedom. So, I biked from Tempe, Arizona to San Diego. It took me two weeks and 440 miles. It was hard, and I felt that I could feel just a bit what it must have been like for the author, Scott Stoll. I will ride from Minneapolis to Milwaukee with Scott. It would be an honor. I would love to ride and talk about your adventures. I can even let you stay at my place and fatten you up.
Who knows what I will do next, but I know it will happen!
